Dr. Campbell and Dr. Kennedy are wonderful. Once you understand their hours it’s smooth sailing compared to other eye centers that take up your entire day. Most efficient facility. Additionally, I received a blunt force trauma to my eyeball on. Friday had to wait the weekend (FYI There are No ER doctors in hospital facilities anymore) however Monday morning Dr. Campbell took incredible care of me with a steroid drop and continued ER script for antibiotic ointment. She also offered to Follow-up in 10 days to re check my vision which weakened slightly. Immediately gave me a new script for replacement lenses.

I have been coming here for years. And would recommend either Dr for eye care. The staff has always been kind and totally helpful. I honestly can not say enough good things about them all. In fact I am sending my boyfriend to them. Thank you your professionalism. G lane

Daniel was great. Need to figure out a better process for waiting customers in the lobby. It can seem rude or unprofessional the way they are currently keeping track of the line. A man came in after me to pick up his glasses just like me but he was helped before me somehow. No worries, but maybe a sign in sheet or something would help. My time is valuable too. I had an appt at 415, showed up 10 minutes early like they said too. Didn't get called back until 445, got decent care. But doctor doesn't provide you your PD apparently. When I went to order glasses I had no PD to reference. I had to call back multiple times and sit on hold to get my PD. But guess what STILL NO PD. No call back, no one at the office will provide me with it. I don't understand why they wouldn't provide me my ENTIRE prescription. Customer service is rude and low quality. Go somewhere else where you can receive your full prescription so you're not on this chicken chase to get your final prescription. Absolutely ridiculous and makes 0 sense.

New to the area. Went in with a script to fill. A young man named Daniel came to assist me. Must say one of the BEST experiences for buying glasses. Daniel was attentive, funny, and kind. Set me up with some great glasses and some sunglasses!! Helped me with my insurance and found some good deals. Every employee seemed so friendly and seems to genuinely enjoy their jobs. Thank you for a great experience and some super cool glasses! Will come back for my contacts!!
