Don't Go Here!! My family member went to get an eye exam and new glasses. Once there, all of a sudden they can't find her coverage information. They tell her UH Medicare is in network and just ask for reimbursement. All because they wouldn't take the extra steps to verify. Mind you she's the last appointment of the day. Everybody was ready to go. Of course her claim gets denied. Not in network. Ppl on fixed incomes should NOT have to deal with this!!!. The vision center should help her to take care of this but of course not. It's always easier for them to throw responsibility on the patient. Now what? They got her money now. They're good. She's not. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had a great experience doing my eye exam and contact lens exam in this location . Dr. Martinez is very knowledgeable and helped me pick the best fit for my contacts. She even went above and beyond by ordering me a sample of another brand of contacts after I had a bad experience with a previous brand to make sure that it worked out for me. Highly recommend her!

Terrible place. Can never help with anything and promised me if I left a good google review that I can get a free contact. Never got my contact and never got my prescription. Mind you I payed $220. Every time I come to ask about it they tell me they’ll get back to me in 15 minutes. Never do

The Dr.'s attention is very professional but with disgust I have to say that my lenses did not have the size specified by the Dr. that is, I was almost two years since the last measurement with a graduation that was not mine. What can I say super upset with those who did not do their job well so I will not buy my lenses in that place again. I must specify that I have advanced myopia and an eye surgery.

The Doctor at this center is wonderful. Suzy, the lady that takes you through the process of selecting your glasses, is amazing. She takes care of everything from beginning to end; and even shows how to take care of your glasses. She is amazing at her task and kind to people.
