Walmart Visioncenter

I have had a very good experience here in the past, but I called today to make an appointment for an eye exam and the person answering the phone did not understand English and therefore could not even assist me in making an appointment. I said like to make an appointment and they replied, “today” they are booked. I said when are you available, and they said Tuesday or Wednesday. I tried several times to say how about after noon on Tuesday, and they kept replying that “today” they were booked! I called right before they closed; anyone with common sense would know I was not trying to come in today. I tried to say it in different ways, but they were incapable of communicating in English. I will have to call back during the regular business hours during the week, as I know those employees are excellent. For reference, I called at 4:45pm on Saturday May 9th.

I broke my glasses while on vacation and stopped by this center to see if they could be fixed. I was helped by Marilyn, who was wonderful! She fixed my glasses at no charge and even gave me a cleaning kit!

After three frustrating visits to Target with no resolution, I decided to try the Walmart at Immokalee Road and Tamiami Trail—and I’m so glad I did! I had the pleasure of being helped by Marilyn, a wonderful associate who went above and beyond. She was incredibly kind and efficient, taking only a short time to find and adjust my glasses. I was amazed at how comfortable they felt afterward—truly a game-changer! If you’re in need of glasses adjustments or any optical help, I highly recommend Marilyn. Her expertise and warm personality made all the difference. In fact, I’m now considering switching to contacts, all thanks to the confidence she’s given me in my eyewear. Thank you, Marilyn, for turning my experience around, you’ve earned a loyal customer for life!

horible all they care about is money not the patient. Had a follow up for my contacts and a dilation and missed it because i had the flu so rescheduled for a week later. I admit i forgot about that one resecheduled for another day called to reschedule the dr. himself answered and said it was ok and scheduled me in for tomorrow next thing you know i get a call from the ineptitude secretary he has saying he changed his mind and said i cant get it anymore when she didnt even have me for 12 today according to the dr. They had originally told me they gave me monthly contacts and she they were bi weekly and thats why they been bothering, well no s*** it would have been good to know since the day i got my exam. Never will be back, she literally said i made the dr. loose money shows how much they care about there patiens. will never be back and will tell people to stay away from these money hungry imbeciles.

Marilyn was amazing and very helpful. She did a great job and was very knowledgeable.
