Walmart Visioncenter

Been going here for three years. The doctor is wonderful and the young man up front. He tightened my glasses for free even though I didn’t get them there; when I didn’t need new ones or a new prescription. Always 10/10

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with the Vision Center in Fleming Island. I called to schedule an eye appointment for my son and ended up being put on hold for a whopping 45 minutes. This already left a sour taste in my mouth, but things only got worse. After finally giving up on the phone and deciding to drive to the Vision Center in person, I was shocked to find that the place was not busy at all. Why was I put on hold for such an extensive amount of time when they clearly had the capacity to assist me? The lack of customer service and efficiency was incredibly disappointing. I understand that sometimes businesses can get busy, but it was evident that the staff at the Vision Center were not effectively managing their resources. It was frustrating to witness firsthand. I believe that as a customer, my time and needs should be valued. Being left on hold for such a long time, only to find out the place was not even busy, was unacceptable. It showed a lack of respect for the customers and a lack of organization within the Vision Center. I hope that the Vision Center takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for future customers. Nobody should have to go through what I did, and I sincerely hope that my review serves as a wake-up call for the management to address these issues

Well I'm not sure I even need to post anything it already a 2.7 star. Sad because I really like the Dr, he was a great guy but the staff is unhelpful. My wife and I heard two different excuses or thier explanations of why they couldn't help. Funny thing is they were rude to my wife and told her I personally needed to come in and then told me something completely different. Sucks because they have the glasses I like but I don't think I'll be buying from them anymore! They really need to work on thier people skills.

Got an exam done was told it would be a two year prescription in fact ended up being a one year one. So would have to pay for another exam and contacts which already run me 180 bucks because of different prescription in both eyes. Told them i was told it was a two year prescription and they said theres nothing they can do so i would stay away from this place.

I had a wonderful experience at Walmart Vision & Glasses. The doctor and associates were very efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. It was very easy to order contacts and the prices were much more reasonable for the exam and contacts than other local eye doctors. Five stars.
