Similar to the others, granted everything else the eye doctor here is amazing. Not all opticians give good exams, but she does. Whenever I go to another doctor my prescription feels off but not with her. Great at her job!
I'm so glad this vision center staff are part of my local Walmart! The Dr. is friendly, personable and easy to talk to; they all are! Chanelle is the absolute best! Very warm and accommodating! She makes you feel like you're really a part of the Walmart family; it's always a pleasure to come here! Their selection of eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses are great too!
Great experience here from the doctor side to the glasses side. Ashley helped me with my order and Shenelle is a doll. Can't beat the prices and the nice frames.
The Vision Center inside the Walmart store is convenient and a good value for getting eyeglass prescriptions filled. They have a wide range of frames available from the most basic to designer options. The optician that was working today was very competent and friendly. Best of all, the prices are better than most places we have checked. Today I got new prescription lenses in frames with the Wrangler brand. I didn't know Wrangler made eyeglasses, but I like them, and I love the price I got them for.
Went in there with my daughter to purchase glasses was quoted a price and paid for the glasses. The service representative in the store was fantastic. The glasses are great unfortunately we got screwed over by the billing department. When we went in and purchased the glasses they had the wrong rates in their system. About four months later I received a bill for An additional $51. Their excuse is the insurance company didn’t pay what they were supposed to, but after speaking to the staff, I was told that they had the incorrect rates. Those rates are set by Walmart optical. So I thought I was getting a good price on a pair of glasses ended up paying more at Walmart than I would have at any other optical department for example target & LensCrafters For the same frames and lenses. The customer service was great. The billing department sucks. Watch out if you use them. You’ll probably get screwed over too.
