Walmart Visioncenter

They are just awesome! We have been going there for 14 years. The staff is so friendly and have been there to watch my boys grow up. Everytime I walk in I am greeted by the same friendly faces. New workers get to know you so fast! They are super helpful and go out of their way to ensure our needs are met. The selection is great and the guarantee is awesome! I would highly recommend the Wal-Mart vision center on St Lucie West. Dr. P. and his staff are also great with patient care and great recommendations. You cannot go wrong!! 5 Stars!

I had a frustrating experience at this Walmart Vision Center. Tracy, Dr. Carl’s assistant, had a dismissive tone during our conversation. Instead of working to resolve the issue, she kept deflecting and seemed more focused on placing blame on me rather than acknowledging the problem could be on their end. Dr. Carl’s validation of her behavior made the situation worse. Instead of addressing my concerns, he emphasized her years of loyalty over offering a resolution or apology for the inconvenience caused.

I broke my glasses and went to the optical center without an appointment. They were extremely friendly and helpful. They fit me in very quickly for an eye exam, helped me pick out new glasses and gave me a temporary solution to fix my old glasses till my new ones arrive.

I stopped into Walmart vision center to have my sunglasses adjusted. The ladies there were very helpful. Barbara was helpful and adjusted my sunglasses perfectly! I will be back to get some new sunglasses very soon.

Dr. Pizzarello was very rude & rushing us during our exam this last time we were there. He was late but as a patient, we should not be punished. We were patient & waited over an hour for him. He saw my daughter & tryed to skip me for a patient he knew. The receptionist had to tell him we were together. We won’t be back. The staff is amazing and kind. Like
