I am highly impressed with every staff member I interacted with at this establishment. Making the initial appointment was an absolute breeze, they were incredibly friendly and made scheduling effortless. Dr A is a wonderful doctor, she has such a warm personality and I was immediately at ease working with her. She listened to every complaint of mine, some stemming from childhood, offering total support and guidance. Her feedback on my motion sickness problems are already improving after just a few days, I am beyond grateful. My husband and son also had appointments with Dr A and have shared similar feedback: she's awesome. Shout out to Paule and Aubre for helping us pick out our frames and get everything ordered. These ladies are highly knowledgeable, very kind, and professional at all times. To the gentleman who fitted our glasses today (tall, young man), the time you invested making sure my sons first pair of glasses fit perfectly is beyond appreciated, your concern for customers greatly shows.

Came up to Viera Vision Center thinking they had better frame styles turns out I picked the same ones at another store but couldnt decide..the associate who helped me out is Mark and I'm giving him a shout-out not only because he was super knowledgeable and personable but listened to what I was looking for and helped me make my final decision. This was the fastest and easiest process purchasing eyeglasses in years! Thanks Mark you deserve a bonus! Oh and thr price was on point!😉

I stopped in with a pair of glasses I ordered online (not from Walmart) because I thought the Rx was incorrect. Jan was very helpful and patient. He explained that the PD on the new glasses was incorrect & told me what I needed to tell the online company to get them fixed. Thank you for the great customer service and help with understanding this frustrating situation!

to begin, I have been going here for my glasses for over 20 years. Kathie, The manager is an awesome person to deal with. So is Marc and Aubrea. Jan is excellent to deal with as well. I understand why this department doesn't have any turnover and that's because it is well run and customers are very happy with the results. When purchasing my Glasses, it was recommended I get the extended warranty plan by Kathie. she went over the coverages and how it works. I feel very satisfied with the services that this Walmart vision center provides and I will be back whenever I need to purchase glasses. Thank you again for everything.

Update: Rude….STILL GARBAGE!!! Kathie knows what she did was wrong so now she has to have friends write in for her. And Google will no longer let you report people who leave reviews just to boost someone. Having your friends write in doesn’t change your rudeness. It only proves that you know you screwed up!!! Humble yourself and apologize. That’s what a good employee would do. As you can see from the next reviews, Kathie has had her friends write in for her. If she was having a bad day, then she would’ve got on here and apologized for her attitude and rudeness. She is a rude person that does not do her job well, end of discussion. The fact that she has to have people write in for her, should tell you all you need to know. Shady place!!! Can’t be bothered to help somebody who’s only coming in to pick up glasses they’ve already paid for. I would recommend finding a different place. Not very good customer service.The new glasses don’t even work. The side that does NOT have a prescription is blurry. Eyes are better off without them on. The glasses were clearly marked in the wrong place for my eyes. Kathie was especially rude!
