Nareishia, Heather, Trish and Mike are the best Vision Center team . They are all highly skilled, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I have never received such outstanding service from any other Optical shop anywhere. The initial greeting, the selection of eyewear, the explanation of how my insurance coverage works to my final fit and new look were exceptional. My eyeglasses fit me perfectly, my order came in early and the price was very reasonable. The Opticians made my experience fun and cheerful. The office was very comfortable, extremely clean, organized and friendly. I love my new glasses and I am sure glad that I chose Walmart Vision Center in Middleburg because they are the best!

Trisha, Heather, and Izzy were all amazing from start to finish! They explained everything so I could understand and walked me through all the new steps of having to wear glasses and contacts. I highly recommend coming here for all your eye needs!!!

From my exam to ordering and receiving my glasses, it was a smooth process! Everyone was very friendly and professional! Nareshia (sp?) In the vision center went over and above to make me feel like a valued customer! She has helped me prior to this visit as well. Excellent at her job and treats you like a friend! I will definitely be back! **having been connected to an Optician (family owned business) I tend to be a little more critical, but these ladies far exceeded my expectations.

Very impressed with how fast they were able to get me in. Isabella did a fantastic job on my exam and she was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The doc was virtual, but still very helpful. Michael helped me tremendously with selecting my frames and he went above and beyond checking all the possible deals given my vision insurance. Highly recommend!

Dr Swinehart used to be great. Me and my family have been going to him for years. However, this most recent visit, the intake process was an absolute clown show. Had my name wrong, didn't have my insurance on file, had NO history of me being a patient (despite coming to him for years), their tablets didn't work, the lady at the front was obviously new and not trained very well. After enduring all of that, I get back there and they tell me they can't do a contact lens exam because I don't have my exact RX and measurements in hand. Who ever heard of such a thing? Dr Swineharts office has gone from my preferred eye doctor to a complete joke overnight. I'll be taking me and my family's business elsewhere for sure.
