We had a really great experience with Dr Hill. Our 15 year old son was not a patient and had some scary vision issues going on. We walked in hoping for an appointment only to find out they were booked out all week. Their next availability overlapped with my jury duty requirement and I was really worried about waiting too long with these issues going on. Dr Hill decided to stay late to see him after his last appointment of the day. He did not rush through the appointment with it being late and took his time to answer all of our worried parent questions. We really appreciated him (and his staff who also stayed late) making the time to see him.

Absolute best experience visiting an eye Dr. The staff was friendly, the Dr. Was patient and helped my son learn how to wear contacts for the first time.

Don't waste your money ordering your prescription glasses at Niceville location,I ordered mine and had to take them back because I wasn't able to see with the new prescription,they took them and said that they will fixed them because it had the 60 days satisfacción guaranteed,but after 3 day I had dropped them off,they were calling me,that my glasses were ready to be pickedup,seriously? They didn't fix anything I picked up the exact same glasses,I am not able to see anything my money is gone to waste.

Dr. Hill is very kind and professional! The whole staff at this location is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Having great customer service is so important and they really do go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. Definitely recommend coming here for any eye care needs.
