The doctor at this establishment dropped me abruptly as a patient because I wasn’t able to drop everything and go to a specialist is Pittsburg PA because of a tiny, non threatening cyst on my eye. They told me I “ghosted” said specialist and that they left me voicemails, which I have absolutely no record of. I have been a patient here for YEARS until this happened. Absolutely ridiculous. Would not recommend.
Excellent doctor and the staff are all friendly and helpful. I went somewhere else for my last eye exam because of insurance. Today I went back to this vision center and Dr. Dale. My prescription is perfect.
I highly recommend Dr. Dale, she has been nothing but a great eye doctor to me. She’s very informative and actually listens to any questions/concerns. I was honestly a bit hesitant to try Walmart vision center, but i prefer the doctor, staff, and overall experience here, over Lenscrafters!
This place is a joke I called and made a 6:50 appointment just to have them call me and push the appointment forward to 6:20 and yet I'm sitting here waiting for almost 40 minutes to be seen because they QUADRUPLE booked this time slot. Should have kept me at 6:50, should have better planning. Not happy. Never coming back.
Love the doctor at this vision center. Very thorough exam. Great service overall and lots of great choices for glasses!
