Good experience with the staff. I recommend if not for public perception alone, the doctor wipe down the equipment in front of each customer. Additionally, the glasses on the shelves could use more frequent cleanings.
The Dr. and the staff are great but I have been waiting for my contacts for almost 2 months. They are back ordered at the manufacturer. They should have found someone else to get them from!
I had an excellent experience at Walmart Vision Center in centerreach NY. The vision center Manager not only convinced me to come in but guided me through their process for a medical visit. I did not have an appointment on a Saturday but she assured me that Dr Wei Zhang would see me. Dr Zhang was excellent and I highly recommend him for all your vision needs and the entire staff at Walmart’s Centereach Vision Center!
Place is a total trainwreck.. I honestly have not had such bad customer from a business in along time..
