Walmart Visioncenter

I had a great experience at Walmart vision in new Caney. They helped me to know what my benefits would cover. I went multiple times until I was sure I had picked frames that I liked. They were very patient and helpful. After I ordered and received my glasses. They let me know that I could get a pair of prescription sunglasses at a discount. I kept thinking about it and when I finally went back in, I discovered I was on the last day that I still qualified for that discount. I believe it was 30 days from my original order. They helped me find glasses that would fit my head. They also helped me to pick a tenting for the lens that would be what I wanted. They were very patient with my many questions. And then I returned to pick up the sunglasses and liked them very much. I would highly recommend this place for good selection, kind and helpful customer service, and good prices.

Walmart Vision, New Caney, has saved my vision and me more than once! Always on point, they're professional, kind and always attentive. I saw Jamie and Suzanne last night, and they both were instrumental in resurrecting my precious progressive glasses. I am so grateful. Ms. Lori was so helpful today. She had me in and out! My screw came out of my glasses and she let me know the policy and they were back like before. She is amazing and so sweet.

I went into the optical department yesterday and Marlen was so sweet and helpful. She adjusted my glasses and made sure i was comfortable with them before walking out. Definitely recommend stopping by!
