I went in to ask about the warranty that I paid for on my son's glasses. I asked if I could see if they were still covered and the young lady who’s name starts with an A rudely told me that “not if the Rx was expired” before even looking it up. I told her it was not expired. She then had a snarky attitude and horrible customer service while looking it up and then made a rude comment that because of how my son cared for his glasses SHE will only do it this one time as a courtesy but if it happens again then she won’t. Mind you I paid for the warranty. I wasn’t asking for a favor. I told her thank you and left. I drove to the Flour Bluff location and the lady there was so nice and helpful and had no issue repairing my son’s frames and ordering the new lenses that were covered by the warranty. I will not be going back to the Staples location. I have used Walmart optical for many years and this was a very disappointing experience. I will continue to use the Flour Bluff location.

I recently visited the vision center at Walmart and had the pleasure of working with Kira. She was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, Kira was friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. Her expertise was evident, she patiently answered all my questions and guided me through the process of selecting the perfect frames for my glasses. Kira took the time to ensure the lenses were tailored to my needs, and her recommendations were spot on. The level of customer service she provided was exceptional she truly went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. I left feeling confident in my new glasses and grateful for Kira's assistance. If you're looking for help in the vision center, I highly recommend asking for her she's a gem! Five stars all the way!

This is my place for mine and my family's glasses. Was told that mine and my child's glasses should be ready BY the 28th (mine was ready in 2 days, my child's wasn't even sent off yet). I finally got the message that my child's glasses are ready on the 30th. Gave the glasses store an extra day to pick my child's glasses up. We walked in and stood there for a good 10-15 mins. The 2 ladies working there NEVER acknowledged us whatsoever. I understood that one was busy taking care of another customer, but the other lady sat there and stared at us. There was also 2 other customers there as well (trying on frames). My family and I got tired of waiting, so we left. Hopefully, when we go back a little bit later, they will be better at their customer service. I didn't get any names, but I really DO NOT appreciate being treated like we are invisible when it comes to a professional place like that!
