I needed some new glasses and prescription sunglasses so I came here. The staff here are absolutely wonderful. I had the pleasure of meeting and being helped by Ashlee. She was so sweet and helpful with choosing the best frames. She was very personable and knowledgeable. I was very happy with my experience and I highly recommend her and this location to anyone for their vision needs!

I received excellent service from Ashlee, she went above and beyond getting my insurance verification which wasn’t easy. I was in a rush; and even when I had to leave for an appointment, she continued to work on resolving the issue so when I returned all we had to do was complete the order. Not only did she get the job done, she was highly professional, and friendly! I highly recommend her and this location for a wide variety of choices!

Ashlee was great! We love when she assist us when buying our glasses. My teenage son didn't even have any complaints. Thanks Walmart Vision Center, Crossroads.

This Vision Center has the most amazing staff. I went in today hoping to see Ryan (super kind) to get my new progressives fitted but Ms. Beverly was there to assist me instead. She was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She educated me on what I thought were the most fundamental things to help use my progressives (was not informed at the exam) even though I did not purchase my glasses there. Excellent service!!! Highly Recommend.

Ashley was such a pleasure to work with for my new prescription sun glasses. It honestly felt like I was talking to family the whole time. A lot of the time I avoid going in to look for new glasses because it can feel like I’m talking to a used car salesman. Her kindness, compassion and personality set her apart from anyone I have ever bought from. I can’t wait to get my new sunglasses too try out the polycarbonate lenses, and get away from the cheap plastic lenses I’ve always used! Thank you again for your help today Ashley!!!
