Walmart Visioncenter

I have been to a number of vision centers over the years, but this one is absolutely excellent. One of the reasons for this is Dr Vu He’s excellent and is up to speed on new technology and methodology. He also is creative and he works with each individual to best suit their vision needs. For example, he tried one type of medication for my dry eyes and since that didn’t work, he went to another one so he is on top of what is needed and very reassuring and special attention for each individual person’s needs I thoroughly enjoy coming here just to meet with a doctor as he is so kind and funny and a true expert in his field! Awesome experience. I bought two pairs, twice. So a total of 4 pairs of glasses. Two pairs were Ray Ban. They were extremely friendly and helpful all through the process. Being a Veteran I ordered a pair of sunglasses and it took 4 days shy of two months. Extremely disappointed with the VA. Here at this Walmart they got my glasses to me in a matter of days each time. I am very happy and appreciative. Shout out to Karla. She provided this Veteran with dignity and respect while being personable. She didn't rush me in any way. She assisted me and ensured I was taken care of. Thank you to all at this vision center. I will be back. Highly recommended.

I had a pretty terrible experience at this Walmart optical center I was greeted by Sebastian and when I said I had an appointment he said go sit over there Which I thought was very rude how he said it and how lazy he was to not even get up and ask me questions when I was sitting far away From him. He asked me if I got ID Just like that and I was like excuse me and then he was like do you have an ID or not? I don't know why this guy is so aggressive, I did not feel comfortable after my interaction with him. I didn't even wanna know what the interaction with the optometrist would be like if This is how they treat people.

if i could give 6 stars out of 5 i would! Dr Vu is the best! Alice is so nice and helpful but most importantly very good at her job. She’s also very style focused, i trust her for style choices. Seriously, great selection of brands. i’ve been a customer for many years., don’t go anywhere else!

Karla was super awesome, friendly, patient and knowledgeable! Another lady (wish I would’ve remembered her name too) was also super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! I definitely recommend this Walmart vision center!!!
