Love this location. Bought multiple sets of glasses here, the discounts on subsequent glasses is also great. A large selection, good service, great pricing and options. JoAnn was phenomenal - was here nearly two hours.

Got new glasses for myself and wife today. Christina was who helped us and she was wonderful. If you have a chance to have her help you, I highly recommend her.

I received a message that my glasses were ready to pick up. When I got to the vision center, they could not dispense my glasses because the licensed technician was at lunch. They said she would be back in 30 minutes. I did some shopping around and went back in 30 minutes. The person was still not back. I was told three times that she was, “On her way back.” I waited over an hour for the technician to get back. There was not another day of the week that I could pick up my glasses due to my work schedule; otherwise, I would have left. I understand there are regulations to dispensing glasses; however, if the vision center only has one person who can dispense glasses, then that person should have a set lunch time and customers should be notified (similar to how the pharmacy handles lunches).

Great Service! Ileana is personable, knowledgeable and professional. She asked questions and made lens and frame suggestions based on my lifestyle. I will definitely return!

Fantastically helpful staff, friendly, and gave me helpful advice when choosing frame and lense options. Will likely be the first choice next time I need new glasses. Update: it's now two days after the day they sad my glasses would be in and they're still not in. Good service doesn't trump late service.
