She was incredibly friendly, patient, and accommodating while helping me select and fit my glasses. Her professionalism and warm personality made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. This place honestly doesn't even deserve one star. I sent my two kids in here alone, my youngest got scammed in here. I sent them in with his medicaid card the vision center said they took and they didn’t even ask for the card number when he told them he had it, they just straight up started robbing my son. My son paid 40$ to take the eye exam, 90$ for his glasses, and 30$ for “additional fees”. The eye exam takes like 20-30$ not 40, the glasses were priced 60, and there was nothing additional. A woman with black hair charged my son for anti glare and for something else I can’t remember but he didn’t even ask for that stuff, he told them NOT to get this stuff and he didn’t even get it after paying for it. They didn’t know he got scammed til they got home. This place sucks don’t send your kids here alone.

Got my glasses today and I have to say they are perfect. Every time I used my eye Drs optical, I had to get them readjusted. The whole experience was great. Very nice ladies that work there.

I bought glasses here around February 2025. In March I called and asked about a blurry spot that wouldn’t clean off. They told me that I wasn’t cleaning them correctly. I only cleaned them with the cleaner that they sell in the department. I have worn glasses for 20 years and know how to clean them. Yesterday I made the time to go get them looked at and the lady said the finish on the lenses was coming off, but since i didn’t buy protection that there was nothing they could do. You would think that defect in the lens finish would not fall under breakage or scratches. Do NOT waste your money. It’s worth a little more upfront for better quality. I wasn’t my insurance benefits and had to pay cash at Pearl. At least I can see again.
