My husband and I have gone here since 2008. Dr. Cousins is the most thorough eye examiner I have ever been to. The staff are all licensed and most helpful. They have repaired my glasses numerous times and always tell me the repair may break the glasses. I always say "go ahead" - they have never broken anything of mine. I highly recommend the team.

Went in on Sunday to inquire about a pair of glasses that were missing a screw & some other glasses that were a bit loose, not only did I wait a while, the lady working was absolutely no help..told me that the hinge was bent so it was nothing she could do with that pair of glasses. The pair that was loose, she said it was nothing she could do but bend them and even then that would be done at my own risk? I ended up buying an eye glass repair kit to tighten the glasses a bit. And that has helped me a lot! Thanks a lot Walmart. Will never attempt to get help or spend money here in the vision center ever again. I’m quite sure if I was a different skin tone, I would’ve been helped above and beyond!

I have been wearing glasses for a long time, and have been going to so many places to get them. This vision center is great! Their staff is so helpful and friendly. They also are very good in helping you to pick up the right frame for your face and budget. The ophthalmologist was great, she answered all my questions, I am so grateful to have such a good service close to home. I was there on May 14, 2021. God bless you all.

I took my glasses here because the screw fell out the associate that tried to fix my glasses and broke the frame. She said I can't fix them I said you broke them her reply was you can buy some more frames. Needless to say I have never been back to this location. Very bad service
