Walmart Visioncenter

I had a wonderful experience at Walmart Vision Center in Vidalia, GA. The optometrist was very thorough and explained things to me in terms that I could understand. The optician that assisted me with the fit of my eyeglasses was great. She was patient with me and addressed all my concerns.

Absolutely wonderful service from Donna and another colleague of hers (didn’t get her name). The eyeglasses were ready 3 days earlier than the estimated date, and when I forgot to print my prescription for them, Donna allowed me to send it to her personal email. She absolutely didn’t have to do that and could have just told me to come back but they were so friendly and went above and beyond. Highly recommend this location.

Kimberly was awesome and every helpful she helped me with my exchange and I was very satisfied... she made sure if i was happy with my glasses ... it was wonderful I would totally recommend Kimberly!!!

Worse service ever, my step son went in for an eye exam and his mother and him were treated poorly, they were told if he wouldn’t sit still , they couldn’t do the exam and at first glance that sounds normal however he has Down syndrome and autism and is non verbal. Even when she pleaded and begged the doctor didn’t want to try and simply kept saying if he won’t sit still i cannot do it

The staff was super helpful!!!!! I made an appointment and was seen very quickly. The Dr. Was very thorough and personable. Glasses came back days before they said they would.
