Dr. Dickson is the best!! Came here as a new patient and it really feels like he listened to me and made sure my needs were met. I’m a young adult and figuring it all out on my own and he made it a very easy process!! He figured out a problem I’ve been having for years that my last doctors never caught. Definitely recommend him! :)

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AT AN EYE DOCTOR. Staff is extremely rude and disrespectful especially the vision center lead. Told me I could rebook if I didn’t want to wait over an hour to be seen and rebooking would put me out another 3 weeks after I’ve already waited a month to get in. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN. WOULDNT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BE TREATED RESPECTFULLY. I had my appointment at 11:15 and wasn’t seen until over an hour later. Bringing my business elsewhere where they actually respect patients and their time.

I bought a sports glasses for basketball at Walmart and then tried it on and felt very dizzy. It definitely felt wrong because I have been wearing glasses for 15 years with over 7 different glasses, and it is the very time I feel this way. The lady told me I have to get used to it... I said this is beyond the dizziness I can handle and it will impact my work, driving and daily life.... She still insists I should give it a try a few days no matter how hard I tried to explain my discomfort after wearing the glass... and she also told me its my problem not our problem.... What a nice way to say to a customer.... I then returned the glasses immediately because I don't feel like playing for the quality of the glasses and the services. I will never go back!

I felt extremely comfortable and confident as soon as I got there. It was a very affordable visit and my glasses arrived very quickly! I love my new glasses and my perscription is perfect.
