Came to get my glasses pick up. Only one worker working she had a customer so I sat and waited. Been about 20 minutes and hasn't even said at least hello to me or asked if I had an appointment. Pretty bad customer service. Also phone has been ringing on repeat.
Exam and glasses purchased at Walmart, Ottawa, Il. Insurance was purchased, so when lenses got very scratched I returned for new lenses. They were taken care of as expected. Thank you. When glasses were returned (in a timely manner. We were told that even though covered they won’t replace again because those particular lens scratches very easily! Well, why the heck do the sell that lens? Buyer beware!!!! So now we need the new lenses replaced because of the same issue. I will post again after I drop in to the optical department. Rick Biskup
Terrible! Sat for 2 hours with my 5 year old son and toddler just for an eye exam for school! My son was confused as the eye doctor was trying to explain what to do (it was his first time) and the lady asked him if he talks that “slow” all the time. Which he does not, he was just nervous. Then continued to tell my 3 year old that she was being crabby and there wasn’t crying allowed after making us sit there all that time! I wanted to ask her if she’s always unprofessional and rude like that since we were asking questions. Would rather pay out of pocket then ever go back to them! Don’t waste your time!
I was picking up my daughters glasses that took 3 weeks to come in. The night before when the doctor called, she stated she would leave them upfront. When I went in to get them, two of the employees were trash talking other employees right in front me of. She told me I had to wait until the doctor to come in so I could get them when I stated, again that they were to be left in the front. To top it off, they both had a bad attitude the minute I walked in. I felt very unwelcome. I should also mention, my daughter said when she was getting her exam that the doctor was rude to her.
