Dr. Bart Benzinger and the staff are very thorough in caring for their customers. I had some questions during my eye exam and Dr. Benzinger answered them all which helped me with a couple of decisions I had to make. Sarah carefully reviewed my order with me before hitting send. And in the 12 years I have been wearing perscription glasses. Walmart vision in Columbia City Indiana delivered the best value I have yet recieved.

I finally thought I'd found the perfect place to go for my glasses. Not this time! First pair did not work out, so I returned them and followed directions on what I was told to do and it ended up being a nightmare to get a second pair made. Finally I picked out another frame and they remade my glasses which is their policy. The second pair gave me a sinus headache. I went back 2 days after getting my second pair to return them. The last thing I wanted to do is walk out with those same glasses!!! Anyone with sinus headaches from pressure of glasses would understand how uncomfortable it is to live with them! Well they would not let me return my second pair. Their policy is within 60 days you can return them and get new ones made. While I felt bad I was returning for the second time, it didn't matter, because they would not let me return them. After the money I spent there I would not recommend going. I'm still wearing my old glasses which have damaged lenses, but no sinus headache. It really sucks. Service in this world has gone down hill. But if you want take care of the customer then somebody else will. I'll never go back. I basically donated money to them.

I had to pick up contacts and the staff were very unprofessional. They take my insurance but the staff are not pleasant to deal with.

The biggest downfall of buying my glasses online is not having a place to go to when they get all bent out of whack.. But there’s a lovely lady at the vision center inside Walmart who is always willing to help me get them bent back into shape. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I appreciate your hospitality, and plan to buy my next pair of glasses here because of her.

My family has been seeing Dr. B for years with no complaints! Staff is friendly and professional.
