I had an appointment in April and wasn't thrilled with the service, but decided to call & see how much it would cost to re-order contacts. I was given a specific price and decided to order. When it was time to check out, Joyce gave me a total $20 higher than she had just quoted. When I asked for clarification, she was extremely rude and said, "Well, that's how much they were when you last ordered them. They've gone up." Okay. So why wasn't I given the new price when I asked? I do not recommend this location.

Everyone there is very kind and helpful. Fast friendly service every time I have my glasses adjusted. The space is always very clean.

Walmart Eye Center and collègues are very professional and kind. The office is extremely clean and organized. The optical equipment was sterile. All equipment appeared to be very new and well taken care of. I have nothing but the best to say about my visit. The doctor was very thorough with all my questions. The past (1 rating reviews) of this business are absolutely uncalled for. I can't understand people, what happened to society 😞 This business is NOT a 1 star rating. You will receive an eye exam and prescription. That is why she spent years in school and is in business. It is very shallow to hide behind a phone screen and hurt a person. 1 star reviews are not kind.

Last year it was recommended after a school eye exam that my then 6 year old get a check up and consider glasses. I brought her here where they rushed the exam and said “all good.” Claiming she didn’t need glasses. After about another 6 months, I continued to notice her straining and really rubbing her tired eyes in the evening (more than a normal amount) so I made her another eye appointment but this time at Boling. They gave her a very lengthy and thorough exam and discovered she has severe astigmatism in both eyes and a muscle strain that is beginning to pull her eyes inward. Absolutely disgusted with the fact that the Walmart eye doctor totally missed any and all signs. Regardless, I decided to take her prescription to Walmart to be filled and get her frames since it would be significantly cheaper there. I checked online and it said they were open until 8. Showed up at 5:45 and there was a small paper sign that said they were closing at 6. I asked the lady if they could squeeze one more prescription in today since there was no one else to wait on. She was extremely rude and refused to even let us try on a few frames. I’m so done with that place it’s not even funny. It is NOT worth any cent you save by not going to a proper eye doctor.

I tried to return a pair of safety glasses due to them not fitting properly once I received them. I received them on a Friday and tried to return them on Monday having only wore them for maybe 7 minutes in a 4 day period. Their return policy states they can be returned within 30 days. The lady helping me was named Becky and she said since I tried them on to see if they would fit that they can no longer be returned and she was very rude about it. I will no longer be spending any money at walmart or its affiliates. If u r reading this then I suggest you go somewhere else.
