Had a complicated issue but Tracy was SUPER helpful, KIND and got all resolved. Her coworkers were great too, had a lengthy wait on the phone but well worth it for ladies with such wonderful customer service!!!! Thanks You, so much!!!
Best vision center experience by far! Eye doctor was super friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable! Ladies helping me pick out glasses were amazing too! Made sure I got the best prices with my insurance. All around 5 star experience! I would highly recommend.
Associates are knowledgeable and the doctor really cares about patients. Clean place and great brand name frames like Coach that are less expensive than I found in other places.
Dr. Lexi Franzeen is absolutely phenomenal!!!!!! She's incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional! Her patient-to-provider skills are top-notch!!!!!
Horrible service. They made a mistake of ordering only one of the two lens . Clearly I had two eyes when I came to order the glasses. Called me stating that glasses had come in and there was an error. However, they never admitted that they screwed my order.
