I am from Texas and I have had my glasses tightened twice right after I got my glasses at its original place. I am not from here, but when I asked if they would tighten them for me Brandon was very kind and attentive to my glasses needs and I am so greatful because my glasses now fit better than what they originally did when I first got my glasses in Texas! Strongly recommend this place for your glasses needs. Everyone always down grates Walmart businesses for being in Walmart but this place is definitely a Gem! 11/10. Customer service means everything nowadays!

We brought our family of 4 in for eye exams. We were very impressed with the technicians and the Dr. They were very thorough and spent the time needed with each of us to address our individual concerns. The Dr. Gave us very helpful advice going forward and spotted a problem in my eyes in particular that I'd not known about. I highly recommed them for quality eye care.

I scheduled an eye exam for 3:00PM on Wednesday. Someone left me a voicemail on Tuesday saying there was an issue with getting authorization from my vision insurance. I tried to call her back twice to resolve the issue - no one answered. When I showed up to my appointment, the receptionist informed me that she had cancelled my appointment because they didn't hear from me. I explained that even without the insurance I could have still had my eye exam and paid for it out of pocket. I stepped outside the office and called my vision insurance provider and resolved the issue within 2 minutes - and still within 10 minutes of my original appointment time. The receptionist said that I would have to wait another 45 minutes to see if they could "work me in" but she couldn't guarantee I would get an exam. I will never go back to that office!

Excellent service, the doctor treated me with respect and took his time, I am coming back to get my new prescription this month.
