I received exceptional service from Madhuri at the Nottingham, MD Walmart Vision location. She took the time to make sure everything was correct and answered my questions. I really appreciated her help and guidance. She is the main reason I would return again!!

Very disappointed with eye glasses purchased less than a year ago. They look as if I rubbed them in a sand box. So unbelievably scratched lens. I used micro fiber cleaner mostly, using a tissue only when the other was not available. It was after 60 days and nothing they could do for me. Never had any pair of glasses this bad. Needless to say, I won't be going to Walmart for eyeglasses again.

I took my wife to the vision center this morning for a eye glass exam and to get her lens replaced on her current frame. The eye exam went swiftly. Our service with the vision center specialist afterwards was also excellent. Steve (I believe that's his name), the manager, was a very honest salesman and swayed me away from purchasing the highest price Nikon lens because he said it wouldn't really matter much for my wife's prescription. Unfortunately, my wife's frame snapped in the machine when they were getting her frame measurements, so we had to cancel the lens order. Steve offered us a free frame, but we declined, and went to the original maker of the frame for a discounted replacement. Overall, we were very happy with the service here and with the integrity of the Vision Center management. Would go back here again.

Great service. Went to LensCrafters they told me my frame couldn't be adjusted. took them one minute at the Walmart vision center to fix it.

Terrible service. I received the wrong prescription and staff refuses to be accountable.
