Brought someone there for an exam only, staff knew that they were ordering glasses elsewhere. Got home with the prescription and noticed that it was useless to us because no pupillary distance was recorded. Called them, they stated they only would have done it if the glasses were to be ordered from them. $75 for an exam that they knew would be worthless to us, never again

The staff worked hard on accommodating my insurance and explained everything in detail about what my responsibilities were. The doctor was detailed and helpful explaining everything. Recommend

Me and my entire family have been going here for a couple decades for all of our vision needs. They are always polite, easy to work with, and the pricing is clear. Prescription eyewear costs are exorbitant nationally and this falls within the lower ranges that I have found without being low quality. Bonus! They adjusted a pair of frames for me despite the fact that I bought them elsewhere when I was traveling.

My husband received glasses from there and the glasses came back so bad that he can’t hardly see out of them. He feels the prescription is wrong or something. He has gone back on multiple occasions and they have not fixed the problem. They treat him extremely rude every time he walks in the door!
