I should have read reviews before ordering here. I am not sure what gives them this kind of immunity to think that they are so busy that they get bothered by a customer call. If i can understand you system and tools are not working then you should also understand what i would call to understand the status. I have not picked up the glasses yet but the negligence is making me feel that my 83$ are lost and i should start learning replacing glasses myself 😄

Waited 25 minutes before they bothered to find out why I was there, they assumed I wanted to make an appointment even though I already had a scheduled appointment and showed up 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. The clerk proceeded to yell at me because her dealing with phone calls and paperwork was more important than me, the customer, standing there

The staff is so great, friendly, and very efficient. They really help you find what you’re looking for and know what they are doing. I really appreciate how clean they are, especially during these pandemic times. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for cost-effective/fairly priced vision care services!

Terrible customer service. My glasses arrived 3 days ago, and I had to call there 3 days later to find out they had arrived. If hadnt called, then who knows when they were going to notify me. Also, when i went to pick up my glasses, the clip-on wasn't there. The technician did not take responsibility, and say she didn't know when it was going to arrive or if there was even an order put in for it. She asked to contact her manager the day after, and when i contacted the manager the day after, she said there was a clip-on for my glasses at the location. So, I had to stop there again to pick up the clip-on and also had to pay extra, which i had already paid for it when i order the glases. The manager also didnt take responsibility, and said the issue was because of a new unexperienced employees at their location. Do not waste your time because of cheaper prices. You will pay with your patience and wasted time. The clip-on doesnt even fit correctly in my glasses, and they havent even check for that. I would encourage you to go to a professional glasses store, where they will give you a great service for the price you are paying.

I have purchased my glasses from Walmart for the last 20 years. They used to be good. The Rochester Hills vision center has gone downhill a lot. I bought two pairs of glasses from them 8 months ago. On one of the glasses the side ear piece support fell off the frame. I went to Walmart to see if they could do anything. The clerk was nasty. She said that there is only a 90 day warranty and it is my fault for not buying a longer warranty (not Walmart's fault for having a frame fall apart because of a manufacturer's defect). When I tried to explain my position she got hostile and said she can tell I abused my glasses because there was dirt on the lens and even if it was within the 90 day period they do not cover glasses that are not clean enough. The glasses were clean, but even if there were some smudges on the lens, what does that have to do with the ear support arm falling off? She then screamed at me that she would not discuss it and she got up and walked away. When I got home I called my insurance company said to get a new pair of glasses and they would cover it. Guess where I am NOT going to buy them- ever.
