I have been purchasing my glasses from Tom, Focus Optical for 30 years. I have also bought glasses for my wife, daughter, and granddaughter. We have all been very pleased with our glasses, and with our experience with Tom. Focus has a wide selection of frames and lens shapes, and Tom will work with you to provide the combination you like. They are reasonably and very competitively priced. Tom is a professional, helpful, and kind person. Everyone I have observed enter his business has been treated with respect, and with his commendable traits. Besides getting a new pair of glasses, I have found dealing with Tom to be a pleasant experience. Occasionally, the lab slips up. I feel so lucky I discovered Focus Optical 2 years ago. Before that I really struggle each time I needed a new glasses because most places here didn't want to make me progressive glasses due to so strong and complicated prescription and I had to go to Canada for my glasses. Tom the owner is very helpful and patient. It takes me forever to decide on which frame I like and I never felt rushed. Like I already mentioned I have very complicated prescription and I had 2 pairs of progressive glasses made at FO and couldn't be happier. Tom cuts and places lenses with perfection. The edge is smooth and sits flush with the frame. His prices for progressive glasses are very reasonable. Customer service is top notch. Highly recommended.

Tom at Focus Optical has been taking care of my family for decades and I will always support him! This shop is a more intimate and calm experience than larger-scale ones. You aren't going to have salespeople standing behind you trying to upsell you on things you don't need. Tom, additional staff, and optometrist are always so friendly. They're willing to work with you, have lots of availability, strong communication, and great prices - especially if, like me, you don't care about chasing the most expensive luxury brands, you just want a nice-looking pair of glasses (or contacts, I do both) that will last you and won't break the bank.
