I visited this clinic a month ago for a regular examination, and there was nothing wrong with my eyes. After I returned home, I had severe pain in my eyes. I tried to call the doctor’s “urgent” phone number, but he did not answer. The pain continued, and I had to consult three doctors and they told me that I have toxic conjunctivitis that is caused by the strong eye drop phenylephrine, which contains preservatives called BAK. These eye drops are usually not used for the typical patients in other clinics due to their side effects unless the other eye drops don’t dilate the eyes. That’s what the other eye doctors who are treating now told me. Plus the stuff they used was not sanitized which caused me to have an eye infection. The toxic conjunctivitis caused me to have pain, swelling, irritation, and dehydration. The amount of unnecessary tests done on me caused more injury to my eyes. This doctor, Nakkash, only has concerns about money. When the injury happened to my eyes, he refused to see me. Even his miserable wife, Ghinwa, told me to go to another eye doctor. I hope one day you have pain in your eyes, so at that time you can feel what I feel. As for the staff, they have no certificate. They are very local. The assistant who damaged my eyes is named Kenzi Lewis. She is a student who does not have a certificate, and she is slow. Redoing the pictures dozens of times destroyed my eyes. This person, Emad Nakkash is not a doctor, not even a human being. They have a doctor named Ghada. I doubt that Ghada has a certificate here in the United States; she did exams, diagnosed me, and prescribed medicine, but when I received my prescription from the pharmacy, the prescription name was under another doctor named Mullan, who is a disabled, very old doctor who can't hear, shivers, and can’t even do exams properly. Emmad Nakkash damaged my eyes and committed violations. My question is to Emad Nakkash: If you believe in God, how can you sleep when you are the cause of my pain and suffering? Everyone please protect your eyes and stay away from this horrible clinic.
