Going to the eye doctor can always be concerning. You hope they find nothing wrong but it’s probably better to find it sooner than later. You walk into the office and pre register by inserting your drivers license into this to this unit that has a screen explaining what to do. Then you insert your insurance card. At first, this can be confusing and the staff is more than happy to assist you. It will be the same process each time. The wait time is reasonable. A staff member will call you name and explain where they are taking you and what tests will be conducted. The staff is friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Feel free to ask them a question. You probably need to go through various tests and a member of the staff will take you to the next room.

Amazing staff. Very professional, friendly, and personable. I felt very comfortable and assured. Short wait time and provided me with all the necessary information pre and post surgery. Dr. Basha was great and Kari was easily accessible via text or phone call when I had/have questions to ask. Would absolutely recommend.

I have been going to this facility in Rochester for years under Dr Colombo. When ownership changed to Fraser Eye, I was a bit concerned. I have been very pleased with the transition. Dr Altwaij is so patient oriented and professional. Great eye care!!
