I had a very professional experience! The staff was fabulous, attentive, and compassionate! Highly recommend!

A total waste of my time. I reached out to them in July to schedule my surgery date and the day before they decided to cancelled my first date. They rescheduled me again and made me jump through too many hoops and go to extra unnecessary appointments like sleep study which I completed and was cleared for surgery the night before the second appointment they cancelled again. I then had my lawyer contact them too and they still haven’t given me a third date and time for my surgery and now we are near the holidays

Terrible experience with this clinic, completely dysfunctional and disorganized, The place itself is torn apart and it seems under construction but what really pushed my buttons is their billing department, its complete mess and disastor waiting to happen, I received their bill on 1/12 with due date on 2/1, I immediately went online and paid it off, just to get a phone call on 1/14 from Beverly who was very rude and agrressive demanding a payment right now, i was so confused and explained to her i already made the payment couple of days ago before she slow down her nonsense attitude, it was clear she just does random calls threatening people without even bothering to check recent balance , completely disorganized and messed up clinic, stay away for sure, i will never go back for future procedures

The staff is very friendly and also professional. The facility is well equipped and clean.

Ami, Bonnie and Thomas are absolutely amazing! Between scheduling my appointments, filling out my health information and working with me for payments, they made sure to listen, be empathetic and understanding. Having multiple health issues can be difficult and instead of treating me like I was a burden, they made me feel like I mattered. Even on the phone, I can hear and feel their smile and compassion. The world definitely needs more healthcare workers like these three.
