First rate staff! My eye exam/fitting went swimmingly. Thank you for the affordable well fitting glasses.

That was definitely the easiest experience I have ever had getting glasses. Even though I have a high prescription, my glasses were ready within a week, they adjusted my old glasses, and even helped me with a pair I had taped together. 😊💕I Highly recommend them.

Why is that Jessi girl always so rude? When we came a week or 2 ago she wasn’t the one helping us but she kept butting in anyway. She told me that my tooth gems were a waste of money, okay I get that’s how you feel but that’s incredibly rude to say to someone. Then when we were checking out, she told the lady basically to charge us more on our glasses in the way that they were to ring up after several people including the eye doctor, told us to ring it up the way we were doing it. Today I called to check to see if his glasses had come in yet and she wouldn’t even look, just said that none had come in today specifically. It’s been over a week since we were last there, so I was asking if they had come in at any point during that time but all I got was “no glasses came in today” gee thanks that’s super helpful. I wasn’t gonna leave a review after the first experience because she may have been having a bad day but she was rude again today

I cannot say enough good things about this eye center. I cannot remember the employee's name but when I discussed the issue with my husbands eye (possible metal fragment in his eye), she recommended he see the Dr. I worriedly asked the price. It was totally reasonable, cheaper then emergency room and much faster. He saw my husband in less then an hour (thanks to cancellation) and fit him in before his lunch and before my husband had to be to work. He was quick and efficient. Found the pieces of metal filings in his eye and removed them quickly. I cannot say enough good stuff about staff member and the Dr. Great job and thanks for your help.

They were short staffed and you could tell the girls were doing there best.... But it was the fastest exam I've ever had done the process felt very impersonal and rushed. Hopefully my prescription is correct. Maybe just go to West Plains Walmart.
