Optician Pam, is so helpful and so wonderful to work with! She acknowledged us as soon as we walked in, very helpful with letting us know what our insurance would cover and then helped us get the glasses ordered. She has such a helpful positive attitude and great to work with! Thank you Pam for all of your help!

I have been a patient at this optometrist for a few years now, and I'm grateful for the care I've received. My optometrist at Walmart Vision, noticed that I have lattice degeneration and promptly referred me to an ophthalmologist. The staff at Walmart Vision has been incredibly friendly, and the optometrist has been diligent in monitoring my eye condition. Additionally, they offer a wonderful selection of frames at affordable prices. I'm always recommended others here.
What an awesome experience! In my adult life I've only used one other eye doctor and this new experience was just great! I was so happy with the doctor that performed my various eyes exams. He was very knowledgeable and discussed everything that was going on with my eyes in detail. I left feeling very informed. Also I was shocked at how cost-effective everything was. I've never had such a cost-effective eye appointment. I did not have to repeatedly ask and ask and ask for my eye glass prescription, like I have in the past at the other doctor's office. Another great thing was that I was at the office for 45 minutes total. That is also something I'm not used to. Everything about my appointment was top-notch and they will now be treating my entire family! If you are at all questioning whether this location would be a good fit for you and your family, question no more, make an appointment!
Their Customer Service was excellent. The Optometrist, for my second opinion, was right on target... My bi-focals are perfect, Optometrist at old 'Fremont eve Associates', as always did a great job, they matched their expertise Both being rated ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ each, Thank you, and God Bless both you and yours now... As with the passing of time...
Had an insurance card but couldn't read the numbers since they were worn off a few numbers they absolutely refused to look him up in the system . he's been there recently before and no insurance information changed. refused to schedule the appt. Then proceeded to play games putting me on hold then picking the phone up and putting me back on hold this went on for 15 minutes. They said they were getting a manager for me to talk to hat was a lie. Loved the eye Dr we saw last time there but at this point I'd rather go elsewhere if this is how you guys want to treat your customers .
