If I could give no stars I would. I was hoping for a better experience since this was a small practice, but boy was I wrong. From the beginning until now it has been unreal. I'm not sure if it's just him in the Lexington office, but the scheduling on the day I went was horrible. There was no "personal" time to make sure your contacts were right and I felt very rushed. Let's just skip to a month or so later. After having issues with my contacts I call the office and explain my problems. Get a call back blah blah blah. You need this and we will get it for you. I'm on week 3 of not having what I'm supposed to have and no call on what's going on. I will not go back next year.

I just got my prescription glasses there and I love them. After a horrid experience with my last place, I was hesitant to try to get my prescription somewhere new. All the people that I dealt with were very nice and answered my questions. This time I got what I ordered and I am pleased.

Merlin was wonderful in helping us find glasses for my 10 year old son. Extremely patient and listened to him as he went through what all he wanted. He really went above and beyond for us! Will be returning for my own glasses asap! 😁

My appointment with Dr. Desai was at his Lexington, NC office. His attentiveness & professionalism is truly the best I've experienced in my 50+ years. Highly recommend!

This place did an okay job getting my classes situated, but they do not get in a hurry to do anything. I waited for 45 minutes just to pick up a pair of glasses that were already ready. Rhonda is rude, and treated me like I was stupid when I asked a question regarding my insurance. I have been to other Walmart vision centers in the past and has a good experience, but do not recommend this one at all. I have never been treated so disrespectfully at a healthcare provider in my life.
