The doctor here is so kind and made me feel really comfortable. The whole staff was honestly great. Paid a little more than I was hoping but I’m happy with my experience.

I had an excellent experience today at my first eye exam appointment. All the staff were attentive, pleasant and punctual. Brian Hosking is professional and personable, so I felt very comfortable asking him advice on treating my occasional blocked tear ducts! Definitely will recommend Walmart vision on Crater lake hwy to my friends and family, especially with their excellent eye exam rates!

Dr. Howling was great! He took his time answering our questions and was very nice. He helped us figure out what was actually going on rather than just going through the motions. Highly recommend!

I had a lovely experience at this eye center. Everyone was kind and helpful and the appointment went by so quickly! I'll definitely be coming here for all my future appointments.

Excellent customer service! Heck, I didn't even buy my glasses here. I bought them at the Walmart Vision Center in Grants Pass (apparently, two different companies). My glasses needed quite a bit of adjustment, and they were either unwilling or unable to do it in Grants Pass. The young lady (I think her name was Adell) was very friendly, and took the time to get it right. I will definitely be going back here for my optical needs in the future. These people actually care!
