Rolled up to the store and snagged a heated blanket. I really needed it for tonight. Plugged it in... and nothing. Dead on arrival. Look, I get it, lemons happen. I’m cool with that. So, I’m sitting in my car out front, it’s 8:30 PM, just chilling for 10-15 minutes trying to troubleshoot the thing. Suddenly, security pulls up: 'You can’t park here.' Dude, the lot is like 5% full. It’s a ghost town. I’m parked way out in the boonies, bothering absolutely nobody. But I guess the store policy is: 'Come in, buy our broken junk, and beat it!' What’s the beef? Is it my face? Do I look funny to you? Just tell me, I’m dying to know. I realize your parking lot is apparently paved with gold—I bet you value every square inch more than a human life. My bad for actually shopping here. Won't happen again. 👋

I had a wonderful experience at Walmart Vision and Glasses thanks to Kim! She assisted me with such patience and professionalism, adjusting my glasses several times until they fit perfectly. What truly stood out was her consistent smile, politeness, and genuine friendliness throughout the entire process. Kim made the whole experience stress-free and pleasant — a rare find these days! She's available at the store every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, and I can confidently say those are the best days to visit if you want top-notch service. Thank you, Kim, for going above and beyond. You’ve definitely earned a loyal customer!

Great eye exam by Dr Jason Wu. He was professional & informative. Can't say enough good things about Dr Wu. There was some confusion about my appointment (online & phoned-in appointments don't synch quickly). They squeezed me into their schedule but Dr Wu did not rush my appointment. Highly recommend Dr Wu.

Very nice and dr is great made my daughter feel great and we happy to be able to see!!

I have been back 8 times to have the nose pieces adjusted as they were causing sores. I went to a different location and because the Right person helped me, he provided much larger nose pieces that come from the optometrist and NOT the shelf! I was out of town and lost one of my nose pieces, and tried another Walmart Vision and it was just as incompetent by the one by me. When I Explain the back story, she walks me to the rack with standard nose pieces. I explain again this needs to come from the Dr. She than proceeds to tell me that's not correct. Why does No One listen? THESE DON'T COME STANDARD - how about you ask the Dr? No instead another Vision worker gets involved and he also said we don't carry that. I explained Again, that it comes from the Drs supply and not available on the shelf. He also did not listen and told me they don't carry them. My family gets glasses every 2 years. I would Never return and will ensure to pass the word about the incompetence abound at Walmart Vision. Stay away - you get what you pay for.
