DONT GET AN EYE EXAM HERE. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. My experience was terrible. I’m not sure if Dr Cutler was having a bad day or what but holy heck, he was extremely unprofessional, rude, took almost and hour and a half to perform simple procedures, and when asked one question, the one that everyone asks, how different is my old prescription to what you think my new one is, he flipped out like a 5 year old treating me like I’m stupid. He actually told me I was dumb for going a couple years between visits with an eye doctor. Worst part was at the end of the visit he just gave up and called it a day refusing to accept that I still wasn’t seeing good. He vocalized all of his actions. It may be cheaper here, but man you’re going to pay for it. What a joke.

They helped me replace my glasses screws for free! Even cleaned them up! Very kind folks down there!
If your kids needs eye exams, don't take them here! The optimitrist didn't have any patience and had attitude towards my kids. He also turned away my 5 yr old and said he didn't care and he wouldn't do anyone under 1st grade, even though my appointment was set. He was also rude towards his receptionist as well. Not a friendly environment!
So I just went in to find a new set of frames for my prescription lens' since my last frames broke. When I first arrived I wasn't given any reassurance that I would be able to find a pair that would hold my old lenses. I was seriously about to leave and try somewhere else, BUT THEN, Garth came in for his shift. So I waited two minutes for him to put his awesome jacket on. He came over, was very positive, and helped me right away and in about 10 min I was checking out with a working pair of glasses. My old lens' had been successfully transferred over. I was so HAPPY. So the point is, at least at this vision center, make sure Garth is working when you go.
I have been calling for several days to make an appointment for an eye exam. The phone just rings and rings, no answer and no message, eventually they just hand up. They don't take "walk in's", so you have to have an appointment. IF NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE - WHAT DO YOU DO? I either have to go in and make an appointment of go see someone else.
