The whole experience was phenomenal! They got us in on a cancelation so it fit in perfectly with my schedule. They took care of us from start to finish. Dr. Bean was absolutely great with my daughter. He explained everything to me and made sure we didn't have any questions at the end. This was more than lacking at her last eye exam. This is definitely our new go to vision center.
I just have to say how amazing Dr Bean was and how amazing Shanna was getting my eye situation figured out. They helped me more then they will ever know!! Thanks from the bottom of my heart! I would recommend you guys anytime! Tooele valley Sales and Service manager, Josh Henrie.
Dr. Bean was AMAZING! First time taking my 5 year old to an eye doctor. Zero wait. Dr. Bean helped her feel calm. He took the time to answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. He gave me the prescription card in case I wanted to get glasses somewhere else, which I really appreciated. However, they have darling kid glasses and great prices. Staff was so kind. We mostly visited with Janet, who was wonderful. Because of the excellent service and kindness, we will get glasses there and continue to have appointments with Dr. Bean. Highly recommend
I've been going to Dr. Bean for many years. I've found him friendly, professional and willing to answer any questions. His entire staff is professional, knowledgeable and offers excellent customer service. The prices are good as I have seen little to no mark up on contacts. I recommend Dr. Bean's office & staff for all age groups.
I have loved my experiences with Walmart Vision Center. The associates are knowledgeable, and really care about your satisfaction. Love the Dr too, very friendly and great with kids, and older people like me.
