Amy and her team at Walmart Vision Center on Old Forest Road provide exceptional customer service on all levels. I bought contact lenses and glasses for myself and glasses and sunglasses for my son and they went out of their way to verify insurance and find the most economical way to order all the products I needed. Additionally, they were understanding, kind and extremely helpful. I highly recommend!
Accidentally broke my specs today. Went in they fixed them in 10 minutes. I forgot the gentleman name but he hooked me up with amazing customer service.

Great customer service. So friendly and welcoming. Melanie greeted us as soon as we entered the store. And she and Bobby were a great help in decision making and advising. We’ll be back!
