Excellent customer service, good prices. Long term employees are dedicated to getting you the right thing. If they are busy when you arrive, be patient, they are providing great service to one person, and you will get the same treatment when they are ready to help you.
Worst customer experience. Been there for a minor repair. The lady representative, even without looking at it properly stated that they don't have such screws. There was no intent to try help/fix. Just recommended to other walmart vision stores. No proper response when asked what if the other store too don't have. No knowledge on the warranty process.
The customer service was excellent. The Opticians are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been going there for over 10 years and have always received impeccable care from everyone that works there. I highly recommend this place for all your vision requirements.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Helped with frames, lenses, and explaining what my insurance would likely and not likely cover. Area was clean and well lit. Uncomfortable seating could be improved.
