Walmart Visioncenter

5/3/23 3:21pm. Sign indicated they would return at 2:45. Waited 30+ minutes for someone from the Vision Center to reopen. Returned to my car & called, continuously ringing. My time is valuable as much as the next person. My intentions were to get his lenses placed in new frames. The Eye Site isn’t an option! So another day without his glasses! Walmart sure knows how to turn your smile upside down!

On my visit last year to get my glasses the staff were wonderful. This time is was terrible. I was the only customer in the store. I walked over to the 2 employees to help with adjusting my glasses. The first time there was no change. She took them back (I was very polite)and when she returned she had bent the ear pieces over 2 inches downward and the sides did not match.

I bought my frames separately and brought them in. It took almost a year to find this particular pair. When I picked them up, the woman acted exhausted and complained how long she spent trying to make the frames for the cut glass. One side fits while the other side is bent and missing the original hardware which shows lots of scratching from the screw driver. Around the corners of the glass are lots of tiny scratches from popping in the glass. She was pretty put out with her previous day working with these as though they are ac real problem. I suppose jury rigging glasses can be difficult. I should have bought their frames to make it easier I guess😒. Not good. Not good.

I LOVE getting my glasses from here! I made the mistake of going to America's Best to get a "deal" and I regret every single minute of it!! Everyone at the Walmart vision center is honest, respectful, helpful, and always willing to answer questions and take the time to explain things to you so you only get what you came to get and don't end up spending more money than you wanted. My kids love them, I love them and I will never go to another place again! I learned my lesson! Keep up the great work guys it means a lot to this busy mom to be able to depend on you guys when I need you!

The selection of frames was quite limited. I found a frame and when I got the new lenses there was a problem. Looking through the bottom of the lenses everything was curved. I went back, they adjusted the frame, but it still made everything near the floor, was curved. They took them to send back. 2 weeks later I don't have nt new frames, and I can't get in touch with them. They don't show hours of opperation.
