My wife's glasses lost one nose piece and was cutting into her nose. They replaced both nose pieces and adjusted a second pair of her glasses at no cost. The staff was very friendly, courteous and professional. Definitely a 5 star plus rating.

The optician, Mandy, was so helpful. I was needing to have my lenses put in a replacement frame which I brought in. I was taken care of immediately and professionally! My husband has also had excellent service here. I am definitely coming back for my next exam. Thank you, Mandy!

Messed up my appointment 2 times, I was sent the confirmation text both times . Showed up and was told it was a different day. The lady with the glasses, I’m guessing the manager because she took over the conversation I was having about my appointment with another lady. So incredibly disrespectful, rude and condescending. The sarcastic tone when she said sorry for the inconvenience after I said this was the second time. Never again, I WAS the only place I went for glasses and contacts.
