Gracious. Aftef tolerating my immature whining before my first visit, Dr DJ demonstrated the meaning of the word: gracious. His staff work hard to help him care for us patients. Rosathe meticulous scheduler, is a unique and special person. The Doctor himself is down-to-earth, and clearly very talented given my remarkable post-op day 1 result on R eye cataract. L eye on schedule for July 19 with no reservations. As for me- I try to behave properly- t set aside hubris and cope calmly with my own dreadful physical and psychological issues/ But I fail sometimes. The key to a true apology is to be specific about bad behaior (nothing but hubris before my first appointment) and then makind sincere efforts to not repeat bad behavior. I'm senior citizen and would have thought I;d have all that sorted by now. In that way also, Dr DJ is gracious- as a younger role model, but a role model none the less. Thank you DR DJ Rosa nd all of you somewhere on SanMiguel Blvd.
