1 star is being generous and is the lowest possible choice allowed. This establishment makes it very difficult to do business with them. Closed for lunch everyday and closes early before noon on Fridays. The first time we went there it was 20 minutes before closing and we were told we could not be helped because they were closing at 5:00. The second time we went was on a Friday at 1:00 and found that they close at 11:30 on Fridays. The third time we were told that we had to wait next door because she was helping someone else, yet when we were finally helped, she allowed another customer to come in and browse the selection. We ordered glasses and then later learned that my insurance provided better coverage than my wife's. We went back to the store first thing the next morning (a Friday) and they were unexpectedly closed that day. When I finally connected with them on Monday morning I was told that since the lab already started on the glasses and they have a "no cancellation policy" they could not make any changes to the insurance billing. If you need glasses, save yourself the trouble and frustration dealing with this establishment. there are better providers out there that actually let you cancel or even return an order with no questions asked.
