Had a great experience here! Kennedy, the optician, was very helpful in guiding me toward the best pair of glasses for me. She was very knowledgeable. The store is clean and well-stocked. Glasses are an amazing quality, especially for the price. They’ll be shipped to my house, I don’t have to pick them up. I’m impressed!

I have been getting my glasses at Warby Parker for years and always love them and get so many compliments on them. This is the first time I’ve had an eye exam there and I was so impressed! Very thorough and the doctor explained everything and answered all my questions questions. This is where I will always get my eye exams in the future.

This is the second time I have been to the Fashion Island location & the second time I purchased glasses here. The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I asked to have each of the 5 frames cleaned before I tried them on and the associate who helped me gladly did so even though it took a little time. That showed me she really respected my request & did a thorough job cleaning them. I truly appreciated that. I think many people would want to have this done because so many people handle & try on the frames. I may be a germaphobe but this is very important to me & I won't try on any frames unless they are cleaned first. I ended up purchasing two pair of readers on the spot. I thank the staff for being so accommodating.

Great staff! They are very friendly and helpful. Eye exam was quick and easy. Staff was very helpful with frame selection. Also, the staff filed my insurance claim for me! Win!
