Great glasses design and great people at the Silverlake store on Sunset. They are welcoming and I appreciate their patience and advice (selecting the right design isn't always easy). Pricing is transparent, too. Having an eye exam on site before picking your eyeglasses model is very convenient and the online appointment booking is easy. I also like that they don't discontinue our favorite models after one year (in my case, Oliver, in blue and brown, which I have repurchased three times over the years). I hope they will keep it!

Staff is Super friendly, helpful and accommodating. They work seamlessly with the online store. WP exchange, refund, replacement policy is refreshingly generous and flexible in an age of greedflation. High quality frame and lens for reasonable prices and thanks to their in-house optometrist I discovered a retinal tear which needed medical attention.

Got some glasses today, and Alex made my process super seamless and easy! Everyone is friendly, the eye doctor is great too (blanking on his name, incase there are multiple, but he’s the young Mexican-American doctor) and was very thorough and accurate. Will be back for more pairs in the future.

My husband and I came in to purchase three pairs of glasses. Two prescription pairs and one pair of sunglasses. Sylvia was the sales associate who helped us, and she was truly wonderful. She was extremely professional, thorough, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain our options clearly, made sure everything was correct with our prescriptions, and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. Our experience ordering our glasses at Warby Parker has been quite easy. We worked with Alex, who was extremely helpful. She helped us find the right pair of glasses, thoroughly explained the insurance process, answered all of our questions, and took care of all the paperwork. The app is also easy to use.
