I came in with broken glasses expecting a stressful situation, and the women there were unbelievably kind and helpful. They fixed my glasses within minutes and completely saved my day. The level of customer service, warmth, and professionalism was honestly rare and so appreciated. Amazing customer service. I have purchased 3 chrome hearts frames from them, and have never been disappointed. Alessandra and Christina always go above and beyond with any requests. I highly recommend recommend, my friends and family only go to Optica
San Diego is lucky to have great sunglass stores (I am lucky to have good vision so no need for rx) and Optica is one of the best. Christina and Alessandra are both always so helpful and friendly. Always warm and they both provide great advice as far as fit, look, etc.
Incredible customer service! I went in to have my glasses adjusted after googling who could work on my high end glasses that no one wanted to touch. Service was friendly, helpful, and perfectly done. I will definitely be back and plus they have gorgeous glasses
