Will definitely visit this Warby Parker location again. Everyone who worked there was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. They knew when to give space but were also available. One of the woman even happily priced out 4 different pairs of glasses for me to help me make a decision. Great staff and great store.

I love this Warby Parker! I’ve been twice for an annual eye exam and both times walked out with two new pairs of glasses. Everything is stylish and affordable. This experience, Michael helped me and he is LOVELY! He already had some glasses options ready for me after my eye exam. And then took the time to stay with me and made sure I got glasses that I love. Thank you, Michael!
Warby Parker delivers exactly what modern eyewear should be—stylish, convenient, and genuinely customer-focused. From the moment you walk in (or browse online), the experience feels seamless. Their frame selection strikes a perfect balance between classic and contemporary, with options that work whether you’re going for professional, casual, or something a little more bold. The ability to try frames at home is a game-changer, making the process low-pressure and actually enjoyable. What really sets Warby Parker apart is their service. The staff is knowledgeable, approachable, and never pushy—they take the time to help you find what truly fits your face and your needs. Eye exams are efficient and thorough, and the pricing is refreshingly transparent compared to traditional optical shops. The quality of the glasses is excellent for the price point. You’re getting durable, well-crafted frames and clear lenses without the inflated cost you’d expect elsewhere. Add in their socially conscious mission—providing a pair of glasses for someone in need for every pair sold—and it’s a brand you can feel good about supporting. Bottom line: Warby Parker makes buying glasses easy, affordable, and even enjoyable. It’s how eyewear should be done.
I had an issue with the lenses on a new pair of glasses I bought. The staff member and the optometrist I spoke to were both very helpful with the lens replacement. I was within the sixth month exchange timeframe, so there were no questions asked. My visit to the store was very quick and they were very efficient with processing paperwork. The staff member assured me that when the new lenses came in, they would make sure I had no other problems.
Terrible establishment. My wife and I have been going to Warby Parker for years! From DC, NY, KY, now MA. We’ve never had a problem with the service and the staff - until this one… They wouldn’t take my wife in for her appointment at 4:30 when she set foot in the building at 4:36pm. (Mind you they close at 7pm.) Even a restaurant has a grace period of 15 mins. A dentist office 15 mins. etc.. Not even a courtesy call to see what her status was or if she still intends on coming in. She was told the “Doctor” is about to leave the building when she questioned the cancelled appointment. TERRIBLE. 25 mins in Somerville/Cambridge traffic for absolutely nothing.
