I had a pretty mid experience. My eye exam was great! But then when I went to pick out glasses, not one store associate paid attention to me, I had to ask for help/opinions several times. They were all talking amongst each other looking at glasses that had just come in. Just felt pretty ignored, Warby Parker is not as inexpensive as it used to be so I would imagine their staff would be more attentive. I hope this was just a fluke day, I do like the brand and like being able to go in to try glasses on.

I had never been in a Warby Parker store before, I had only heard of other peoples experiences. The store Associate was so helpful and sincere. Together we found the best pair of glasses for me. The associate completed all the Insurance rebate paperwork. I even was able to get my existing pair of glasses repair. They are my new go too store for Eye wear. The best!

The staff and leadership of Larissa at the Seagirt, NJ location is stellar! Please pass this on to the area manager. Thank you. I'm a life time costco eye glass customer and this is my first Warby Parker experience and I will DEFINITELY come back!! FYI, you really need more mauves and pinks for women, girls and whoever wants to Wear them!! Its unfortunate that women, girls and whoever wants more feminine colors is so limited and there are so many masculine colors. It's very disproportionate! Please offer more ! Ask your female staff... they know best! Happy seeing, LouAnn

This store is great. The staff are very knowledgeable and patient. You can get different options, try on as many as you like. They also took a lot of measurements and did adjustments so my glasses fit better and I feel like my field of vision is better. I would highly recommend, !

I had such an awesome experience at Warby Parker. The service consultant was incredibly attentive for the moment I walked in. She helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses for my face and explained everything thoroughly. She made the entire process feel effortless, truly perfection from start to finish.
